Weekly pay via direct deposit, robust referral bonus program, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and more What You'll Do Provide comprehensive family medicine care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services Manage a diverse patient caseload across multiple clinics Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently Participate in ongoing training and performance improvement programs Contribute to team meetings and health initiatives Support military and veteran patient populations in a dynamic healthcare settingWhat You Need Required:
MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school Board certification in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Medicine Unrestricted medical license, DEA certification, BLS certification U.S. citizenship At least 1 year of recent family practice experience Strong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred:
Experience in military or federal healthcare settings Additional certifications in emergency medicine or related fields Bilingual abilities or additional language skills Experience in supervising or teaching medical staff About the Assignment This full-time role involves working at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and its associated Branch Health and Tricare Prime Clinics. The physician will deliver essential primary care services within a Military Health System environment, serving active duty service members and their families.
