Proven experience in OB/GYN practice, capable of performing routine deliveries, low/high-risk pregnancies, and gynecological proceduresPay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide outpatient OB/GYN care, including routine checkups, prenatal visits, and management of low/high-risk pregnancies Perform OB ultrasounds, fetal monitoring, and interpretation of FHR (NST, CST, FSE) Conduct gynecological procedures such as IUD insertions, colposcopy, LEEP, ovarian cystectomy, tubal ligation, and other minor surgeries Manage labor and delivery including vaginal births, C-sections, breech, multiple births, and VBACs Collaborate with a team of midwives, APPs, and clinical support staff to deliver high-quality care Document patient encounters accurately inEPIC EMR
system What You Need Active Virginia Medical License or eligible for licensure Board Certified/Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD or DO) Proven experience in OB/GYN practice, including deliveries and gynecologic procedures Strong clinical skills, team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Richmond, VA, consisting of a team of four physicians and five midwives, providing comprehensive OB/GYN services in both outpatient and hospital settings. The practice sees low to moderate risk pregnancies, with a supportive team and state-of-the-art equipment including onsite ultrasound and lab services. The hospital has a Level III NICU and trauma designation, ensuring excellent patient care and clinical support.
