Job Description

Join a team focused on delivering consistently excellent care to every pregnant woman who comes through the hospital doors. You'll partner with local obstetricians, practice with autonomy, and help raise the standard of inpatient maternal care — all while enjoying an outstanding work/life balance. This full-time hospitalist role is based in Chesapeake, Virginia (other openings also in Mechanicsville, Petersburg and Richmond). You'll typically work 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month, giving you roughly 21 days off each month, with no office management duties or after-hours call. The position is designed for clinicians who value teamwork, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
