Full-time A community-focused hospital in southwest Virginia is seeking an experienced Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join its growing surgical program. This opportunity offers the ability to practice broad-scope general surgery, make a meaningful impact on an underserved community, and help expand local surgical capabilities with strong hospital support.- Hospital-employed position with the opportunity to build and grow a community-based surgical practice
- Broad-scope general surgery including endoscopy, colonoscopy, acute surgical cases, and GI bleed management
- Practice independently with strong administrative and hospital leadership support
- da Vinci robotic surgery platform anticipated in the near future
