Description . This contract position is exclusively on-site, providing a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced medical environment. As a Locum MD/DO, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality emergency care, ensuring that patients receive prompt and efficient medical attention. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on patient outcomes and operational excellence within our medical practice. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients Assess and diagnose patient conditions promptly and accurately Perform life-saving procedures and interventions as needed Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure optimal patient care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions Adhere to all hospital protocols and policies Stay updated on the latest developments in emergency medicine practices Requirements Active MD or DO license in Emergency Medicine 1-3 years of clinical experience in an emergency setting Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

8-hour day and night shifts

25,000 patients

Overlapping MDs, APPs EMR:
Meditech Must be board-certified ACLS, BLS and DEA required Paid travel & expenses
