Monday Friday 1:4 Call She Recruits is representing an established cardiovascular program in Vermont seeking a fellowship-trained Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative, hospital-employed practice. Practice Overview 4 Cardiologists + 1 PA clinic patients daily Shared 1:4 call schedule Integrated care model with ED, ICU, and Hospitalist collaboration Strong tertiary referral relationships Responsibilities Interpret echocardiography, stress testing, Holter monitoring Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions Provide inpatient consultative services Maintain high-quality documentation Benefits Highly competitive base salary RVU-based productivity incentives Sign-on and retention bonus 10 weeks paid vacation CME + licensing reimbursement 403(b) and 457(b) plans Educational loan repayment Relocation assistance
