As a Locum Hospitalist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive inpatient care to a diverse patient population. You will collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and participate in a range of clinical activities that align with our commitment to excellence in healthcare. Responsibilities Provide high-quality inpatient care to hospitalized patients Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records Participate in daily rounds and patient care conferences Manage acute and chronic medical conditions effectively Educate patients and families on health management and wellness Provide mentorship and guidance to medical staff as required Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Valid medical license in the state of practice Experience in hospital medicine or a related field Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work collaboratively within a team environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications
