Prior OB-GYN experience preferred, clean malpractice history required Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay through direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team from VHS What You'll Do Provide OB-GYN services including labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care Conduct patient assessments and provide consults in a busy clinic setting Document patient encounters thoroughly in the electronic health record Support rounding activities for patients in labor and post-partum Manage on-call responsibilities with a 1:3 call ratio Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Complete call back hours and documentation properly for billing and compliance What You Need Active Washington State medical license or IMLC Clean malpractice history 2+ years of OB-GYN clinical experience recommended Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment About the Assignment This assignment involves providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care at a busy clinic in Kennewick, WA. Providers will deliver services during scheduled clinic hours, including on-call support, rounding, and patient documentation. Dates are for September to December 2026, with potential ongoing assignments into 2027. All pre-hire requirements must be completed, including background and credentialing processes.
