Base salary: $230,000

• 325,000 annually wRVU production incentive model $25,000 sign-on bonus $10,000 relocation assistance 401(k) with 8% employer match 33 total paid days off including PTO and holidays $5,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Full malpractice coverage NHSC student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services across lifespan Deliver obstetrical care within collaborative care environment Manage preventative care, chronic disease management, and women's health services Participate in team-based care coordination and patient management initiatives Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation using Athena Practice Support underserved patient populations through mission-driven care delivery

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Obstetrics experience or FMOB training
