COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $75,000

• 105,000 annually Production bonus: $20 per wRVU after 1,250 $10,000 sign-on bonus $10,000 relocation assistance Comprehensive medical insurance In-house dental and vision credits 24 PTO days plus 9 paid holidays 401(k) with 8% employer match Malpractice insurance coverage Paid site visits for out-of-area candidates Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy services within outpatient setting Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized pediatric therapy treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes Support children and families through patient-centered therapy interventions Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation Participate in mission-driven care initiatives serving community pediatric populations
