Job Description
Description This on-site, contract position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a dedicated healthcare team, ensuring quality care and innovative solutions for our patients. As a Locum Radiologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert diagnostic imaging services and collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of care we provide, making a significant difference in the lives of our community members. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans Interpret imaging results and communicate findings to referring physicians Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in radiology Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions Provide guidance and support to junior staff Contribute to quality assurance programs and audits Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Current medical license in the state of practice Experience in a Radiology setting Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to continuous professional development Knowledge of radiology information systems and software
