Join 5 physicians, 3 APPs and a Behavioral Health specialist. Thanks to enormous growth and upcoming retirement of a well loved provider, there is an immediate need for your services. Opportunity Highlights 100% Outpatient Family Medicine, absolutely no hospital work. A 4-Day Work Week, no weekends required! Guaranteed minimum base salary of $295,000 that never goes away, the hospital assumes all risk The physicians average $350,000 per year for a 4 day work week, 18-22 patients per day $100,000 in Loan Forgiveness or Retention Bonus! The hospital assumes all risk, your base salary never goes away! Call coverage of 1:8, but only as backup to the Family Medicine Residents! Group offers a blend of Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Prevention & Wellness, Chronic Care, Surgical Procedures, and Laboratory Services Practice utilizesEPIC EMR
