Job description: Position Overview We are actively seeking physicians licensed through Washinton State's MDCE pathway who are interested in bringing their medical knowledge, clinical experience and skills to an outpatient urgent cares setting. Qualifications
Job description: Position Overview We are actively seeking physicians licensed through Washinton State's MDCE pathway who are interested in bringing their medical knowledge, clinical experience and skills to an outpatient urgent cares setting. Qualifications
- Active or eligible Washington State MDCE physician license
- Medical degree ( MD or DO)
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority required
- Previous Emergency Medicine, urgent care, family medicine experience Key Responsibilities
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient urgent care setting
- Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, and abscess management
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging)
- Collaborate with medical assistants and X-ray technicians
- Provide referrals and follow-up care recommendations as needed
- See approximately 30-40+ patients per 12-hour shift Schedule
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Flexible, variable scheduling
- Monday-Friday with 1 weekend per month
- Holiday coverage as needed Compensation & Benefits ( some conditions may apply)
- Competitive hourly rate: $75 per hour + bonus (productivity-based)
