Job Description

Transform patient care and the community as a Nocturnist in Silverdale, WA at St. Michael Medical Center. If you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and your connection to a vibrant community, we'd love to talk. We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:
Join our close-knit team of 35 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Michael Medical Center.
Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine. Availability to commence practice in 2026 (not yet considering 2027 residents). Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates). Open to H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered.
Scheduling:
We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations. Currently hiring a nocturnist position.
Key Responsibilities:
We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes. Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations. Living and Working in

Compensation:
