ThedaCare Cardiovascular Care is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join one of the largest and fastest-growing cardiovascular programs in Northeast Wisconsin. Advanced Cardiovascular Services Practice the full spectrum of contemporary non-invasive cardiology with access to: Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE) Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) Stress Echocardiography Nuclear Cardiology Cardiac CTA with FFR and Plaque analysis Cardiac MRI Coronary Calcium Scoring Holter and Event Monitoring Loop Recorders CardioMEMS Our cardiovascular program continues to invest in technology, physician recruitment, and service expansion to support long-term growth and innovation. Practice Highlights Primary practice location in Appleton, Wisconsin Hub-and-spoke model with outreach clinics throughout Northeast Wisconsin Outreach typically 1-2 days per week within reasonable driving distance Dedicated APP partnership model RN and MA support in clinic Balanced mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consultative cardiology, and imaging interpretation Opportunity to participate in the continued growth and strategic direction of the cardiovascular service line Current Practice Structure 5-day work week 36 patient contact hours One weekday call night per week Clinic supported by APPs, RNs, and Mas Dedicated Inpatient Support Physicians benefit from a collegial team environment committed to providing exceptional care while supporting work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed Base Salary:
$620,000
Value-Based Incentive:
