Outpatient Family Practice | 313K Base | Work with Residents | Near Madison, WI

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin (WI) seeks an outpatient only family medicine physician to join their team of 8 physicians, 6 residents, and 7 advanced practitioners.

Position:

• Outpatient only with a 4-day work week and part-time options available
• 18-20 patients per day
• No call
• Option to perform scopes and other procedures based on skills and experience
• Team focused on true patient-centric and quality care
• Some of the highest KPIs in the system
• Faculty appointment and ability to work with residents
• EMR-EPIC and Dax Co-pilot Scribe available
• Physician leadership is valued and kept top of mind with SSM's dyad leadership model

Compensation:

• Base guarantee of $313,000
• negotiable based on skills and experience
• $150,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment forgiven over three years
