Job Description Seeking a full-time Urologist to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, a city of 40,000. The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

Compensation Details:

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits to include: $684,197 guaranteed salary to start with eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $821,000 Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment Additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership goal Paid relocation Excellent retirement and deferred compensation plan Group family health and dental insurance + group life insurance Generous annual CME allowance Malpractice insurance and patient compensation fund
