This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a team-based, patient-centered environment that supports both quality care and work-life balance . Schedule:

40 hours/week 32 patient-facing hours Typically 4-day work week Flexible clinic scheduling Manageable patient panel with opportunity for growth Practice Details Outpatient-only Family Medicine Care for patients of all ages (newborn through geriatrics) Team-Based Care Model to support efficiency and provider satisfaction Collaborative environment with experienced clinical and support staff Onsite Services Lab Access to imaging and specialty support within the Bellin network Integrated care with specialty services throughout the region

Additional Benefits CME:

$5,000 annual stipend 80 hours CME time
