Job Description
Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team in our Columbus and Sun Prairie clinic locations. This position is a 0.8-1.0 FTE primarily working Monday - Friday, days. No weekends or holidays required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care; working in conjunction with clinical support staff.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION
State of Wisconsin RN license Master of Science degree or equivalent National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC) State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification. ACLS certification preferred. 3 years of relevant clinical experience as an NP strongly preferred. OR State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License required. National Certification (NCCPA) required. ACLS certification preferred 3 years of relevant clinical experience as an PA strongly preferred.Shift:
Monday-Friday, days. No weekends or holidays.FTE:
