Job Description
What We're Looking For:
M.D. or D.O. graduates. Board-certified/eligible in cardiovascular medicine. Licensed by the WI state medical board. Highly collaborative with a leadership mindset, comfortable leading care teams with a focus on patient outcomes. Skilled in providing high-quality primary care, including accessibility to patients and addressing their medical and social needs. Driven by a passion for caring for patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or the medically underserved.
Compensation & Benefits:
