Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopaedic Surgery | Private Practice Partnership Join an established, independent orthopaedic group in Wisconsin with a built-in referral base and surgical volume ready from day one . This is a true private practice opportunity offering a defined path to partnership, ownership opportunities, and significant long-term earning potential. Practice Overview Independent, physician-led orthopaedic group with partnership track and a practice-owned ASC Step into an established referral network and immediate surgical volume Build a 100% Hand & Upper Extremity practice Guaranteed OR block time with approximately 2-3 clinic days and 2-2.5 OR days per week Partners actively support new surgeons through referrals, case sharing, and mentorship On-site ASC, imaging, physical therapy, and walk-in orthopaedic clinic Shared APP support with the ability to add a dedicated PA/NP as your practice grows Approximately 1:5 weekend call , with call decreasing after partnership Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base + Collections-Based Productivity , sign-on and relocation assistance, 6 weeks PTO, CME, retirement/profit sharing, and malpractice with tail coverage. Partnership eligibility after 2 years , with additional ownership opportunities in the ASC, real estate, and ASC real estate . Productive partner income typically ranges from $800K-$1M+ annually.
