Job Description
A 300-bed hospital in the Upper Midwest is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team as a part-time Swing Shift Hospitalist. Work just 1 week per month on admitting - no rounding or codes. This mid-sized community is close to a regional airport with direct flights to Chicago, the Twin Cities, and Detroit, and offers plenty of outdoor recreation, a lively dining scene, and great schools. Part-time position, 1 week/month, 7 days on. 11am-11pm or 12pm-12am. Admitting Only - No Rounding or Codes. Open ICU Intensivists available 24/7; Critical care team manages ICU. Full complement of specialists available for consults. Opportunity to work transfer center triage position. Competitive pay and performance incentives available. Hospital has an average daily inpatient census of 160 with approximately 15,000 admissions per year..
