How you'll make an impact in this role This is an exceptional opportunity for a Family Practice Physician to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Enjoy physician autonomy in a solo practice model, backed by a collaborative clinic support team (2 MAs, front desk support, and an a.m. lab associate) Call structure with other sites: 1:13 Practice setting: Outpatient clinic; average of 16 patients per day, serving a predominantly elderly population, with flexibility to increase volume based on provider preference and community need Access to support staff and lab services every morning Employed position within a nonprofit health system Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and consultation, with opportunities to manage referrals and hospital-based responsibilities as needed Engage in quality improvement, cost-effective care initiatives, and academic activities as desired, while maintaining timely, accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Care for a loyal and growing patient base in Winneconne, WI serving ~2,500 residents with a broader regional reach Winneconne, WI offers a unique blend of small-town charm and access to nearby Oshkosh and the Fox Valley, with year-round recreational opportunities. Registration:

One or more of the following required: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Advanced Life Support preferred.

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
