Job Description

Location:
Woodruff, WI Woodruff offers a peaceful small-town setting in northern Wisconsin's beautiful lake country, surrounded by pristine wilderness and outdoor recreational opportunities. The area provides an excellent work-life balance with access to fishing, hiking, and seasonal activities while serving a close-knit community.
Facility:
This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility that provides comprehensive pain management services to the northern Wisconsin community. The facility features a 5-bed department with strong support for specialized pain medicine procedures and patient care.
Opportunity:
Physician -
Pain Medicine Job Details:
  • 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule working 5 days per week, 7am-3pm (flexible on timing)
  • Flexibility available on the week on/week off schedule
  • Handle approximately 15 patient encounters per shift
  • Conduct office visits and follow-up appointments
  • Perform specialized pain management procedures including spinal cord stimulation
  • Execute radio-frequency ablation treatments
  • Administer various types of injections for pain management
  • Must be board certified in Pain Medicine
  • Wisconsin medical license required or IMLC eligibility
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Fellowship training preferred (3 years)
  • Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
  • Act 10 compliance acceptable
  • Start date: August 3, 2026 - Ongoing
