Setting:

Outpatient Start Date :

As soon as credentialed

Schedule :

2 weeks on 2 week off, for 5 days per week, 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch break (flexible on time) Can be flexible on the week on week off

Duties :

Procedures include spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections
