Ongoing Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (flexible); typical rotation 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Reason for coverage: Vacancy (supplemental) Travel, lodging, malpractice: Covered by agency Patient volume: ~15 patients/day Facility / support
EMR:
Epic Support staff: 4 RNs, 2 office staff Hospital privileges: Required; temporary privileges available Required qualifications Board certified in Pain Medicine Pain fellowship required WI medical license or Universal License (IMLC) BLS and ACLS Act 10 certification acceptable Core duties Provide outpatient pain medicine care: new and follow-up visits and procedures Perform spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and pain injections Collaborate with RNs and office staff for patient care and procedures Maintain accurate, timely documentation in
