Facility Name SageWest Health Care Coverage:
ENT Reason for Coverage Provider leaving Specialty ENT (+ allergy would be helpful) Needing provider to start mid Feb or March 1st Estimated to be approximately 1 year. Practice Setting Clinic and Hospital. Will include call coverage 10 days/mo Provider must be Board Certified Temp Privileges are Available Only CV's with an Active License Coverage Type IP and OP ambulatory Patients per day - 15 Rounding - Yes, 2-3 patients per round while on call 2-3/week How many hours does it take to Round? approximately 1 hr.
