Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an outpatient gastroenterology practice serving adults in rural Wyoming. No prior GI experience required; candidates with primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Schedule and Location Monday-Friday, full-time Patient volume: ~12-16 patients/day Weekly schedule: 2 days in Sheridan, 2 days in Gillette/Buffalo, 1 remote administrative day Travel between clinic locations required; travel expenses reimbursed Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic GI conditions Perform new patient consultations and follow-ups Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs Develop treatment plans and provide patient education Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$115,000-$125,000 annually 45% production bonus Full medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice coverage Travel reimbursement between clinic sites Dedicated clinical support staff Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; board certified Eligible for or hold Wyoming license Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills GI training provided as needed
