Job Description

Work in the beautiful Sierra Gold Country of Northern California at an award-winning community hospital.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Full time position with 4 or 5 day work week flexibility 32 face to face patient care hours per week Minimum 188 workdays per year Competitive salary and generous benefits package Salary range $270-300k 401(k) contribution Productivity compensation model with base pay Malpractice coverage Patient-centered, physician led and managed medical group Shareholder track available Clinic support staff includes Medical Assistants, Referral Coordinator, and other office staff Average patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day Established referral base with strong community demand Clinic locations in Placerville, Cameron Park, and El Dorado Hills Dedicated operating room block time available No call coverage
