Job Description

Podiatrist (DPM)
Full-Time Location:
Hayward, CA Join a mission-driven healthcare team seeking a Podiatrist (DPM) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions while also serving as a clinical resource and mentor to staff.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Compensation:
$179,046 $226,824 annually (DOE) + full benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower leg conditions Perform in-office procedures and minor surgical interventions Prescribe orthotics, medications, and treatment plans Educate patients on preventive care and chronic condition management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide consults Mentor clinical staff and support best practices
Requirements:
DPM degree from an accredited program Active California Podiatry license DEA and CPR certification
Preferred:
Community health or outpatient experience Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, community-focused environment while advancing your career in podiatric medicine.
