Helping Our Country's Veterans One Evaluation at a time!
Serving Those Who Served Job Description:
Seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our Team here at Live Well Family to review completed DBQ's (Disability Benefits Questionnaire) for Veterans. Providers will be expected to review the completed DBQ(s) for our country's Veterans who live in the area. As a certified medical disability examiner, you will review and verify all information on a completed Disability Benefits Questionnaire is accurate with a 30-minute face to face evaluation with the Veteran. The timely manner of the evaluation assures that a Veteran's claim is heard and processed.
OWN OFFICE IS REQUIRED
within 25 miles of location. Complete a thorough review of Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ's). User-friendly software, a dedicated provider support system, up front training, and expert report guidance. Must be able to perform evaluations in a timely manner. There is no treatment, follow-up, diagnosis, or prescription of medications. Need an unrestricted state license to practice. Having some knowledge in performing Musculoskeletal Assessments with all range of motions, limited Neurologic assessments and Cardiopulmonary examinations is helpful but not required.
Benefits:
• Flexibility, set your own schedule (7 days a week, yes even weekends are a possibility!) (mornings, nights or evenings)
Qualifications:
Board-certified Required Must have own Personal laptop and Stethoscope Able to work independently. Computer knowledge Medically licensed health care professional in the state you're applying for.
Pay:
$300.00 - $750.00 per day
