This position will begin on a part-time basis with a planned transition to full-time as patient volume continues to expand. This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon looking to build a busy surgical practice within an established, high-growth referral network in Northern Colorado. Position Highlights Progressive transition from part-time to full-time as patient volume grows Strong emphasis on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery Hospital and ambulatory surgery center privileges Established referral base with significant opportunity for continued surgical growth Modern office with digital radiography, and in-office procedures Competitive base salary with production incentives Paid malpractice insurance CME allowance PTO and benefits package available Zero routine foot care (no nail care or callus care clinic) Must be agreeable to inpatient rounding and rotating call schedule Qualifications Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) Completion of an approved
PMSR/RRA
residency ABFAS Board Certified or Board Qualified/Board Eligible strongly preferred Applicants holding only non-ABFAS board certifications will not be considered Eligible for Colorado licensure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Compensation Competitive compensation package including: Base salary commensurate with experience Production-based incentive compensation Significant long-term earning potential as surgical volume grows About the Practice Foot of the Mountains Foot & Ankle Surgery is an independently owned private practice serving Northern Colorado with a comprehensive focus on foot and ankle care. Our practice emphasizes reconstructive surgery, trauma, sports medicine, diabetic limb preservation, wound care, and minimally invasive treatment options. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a thriving surgical practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
