Job Description

Chicago Medical Group is looking for a part time or full time podiatrist that can cover multiple locations, hospitals and facilities. Podiatrist must be surgically trained and comfortable with surgery in OR settings and the office.
Locations available:
Chicago, IL, Addison, IL and Bridgeview, IL Partnership (Commission or Per-Diem Available) Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Podiatrist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of foot and ankle conditions, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. This role requires a strong understanding of podiatric medicine and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostic evaluations of patients' feet and ankles. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Perform surgical procedures as necessary, including but not limited to corrective surgeries and wound care. Collaborate with specialists in related fields such as Rheumatology, Immunology, and Infectious Disease Care to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on foot health, preventive care, and rehabilitation techniques. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine. Qualifications Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice podiatry. Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and the ability to operate medical equipment relevant to podiatric care. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
