Independent Contractor (1099) About The Opportunity Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Podiatrist (DPM) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Fort Wayne, IN . This is a clinic-based role where you'll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. The Setting This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model. Clinic staff are on-site full time Organized scheduling and patient flow Coordinated, team-based care environment Value-based model focused on seniors We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality podiatric care. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive foot and ankle evaluations Diagnose and treat common podiatric conditions affecting senior populations Provide preventative foot care and treatment for chronic conditions Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting What Makes This Different This is not a high-volume retail model. Our podiatrists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location.
