Job Description

Annual Salary:
$125k-$150k (varies depending on years of experience) We are seeking a dedicated and skilled podiatrist to join a dynamic healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality care for conditions affecting the feet, ankles, and lower legs. This role involves comprehensive patient management, from diagnosis to treatment, including surgical and non-surgical interventions. The ideal candidate will be committed to continuous learning and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver empathetic and individualized care, involving patients and their families in treatment decisions. Advocate for patients throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring access to appropriate resources and support. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including coding and billing, within electronic health records (EHR). Apply evidence-based practices to assess and manage a wide range of podiatric conditions. Demonstrate proficiency in procedures relevant to podiatric medicine, including surgical and therapeutic interventions. Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings. Engage in ongoing education to stay current with medical advancements and emerging treatment modalities. Reflect on personal clinical performance and seek feedback to enhance skills and knowledge. Participate in peer learning and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Work effectively within interdisciplinary teams, fostering respectful and productive relationships. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Uphold ethical standards in all interactions, including confidentiality and informed consent. Embrace change and innovation in healthcare delivery, contributing to organizational goals and initiatives. Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced clinical environment. Requirements:
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of a recognized residency program with board eligibility or certification. Preference given to candidates with experience in both clinical office settings and facility-based care.
