Podiatrist Woodbridge VA Urgently Hiring up to $350K + Bonus Incentives | Full time We are an established and rapidly growing multi-specialty medical practice, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Podiatrist to join our expanding team serving the Woodbridge, Virginia. Our integrated healthcare model provides comprehensive musculoskeletal and lower extremity care alongside physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, sports medicine, and other specialty services. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through collaborative, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Podiatrist to provide high-quality outpatient care for a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary medical team to improve patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This role also includes participation in a shared call coverage rotation. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions including Sports injuries, Diabetic foot care, Wound care, Biomechanical disorders Perform in-office procedures and minor surgical treatments Participate in shared call coverage rotation Develop individualized treatment plans focused on pain relief, mobility, and functional improvement Educate patients on: Preventive care, Orthotics, Rehabilitation protocols, and Treatment options Collaborate with: Physical therapists, Pain management providers, Sports medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinated care planning Support practice growth through excellent patient care and community engagement Qualifications DPM degree from an accredited School of Podiatric Medicine Virginia podiatry license Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment Outpatient podiatric care and forefoot/rearfoot surgical experience preferred Compensation $175,000-$350,000 annually plus Bonus incentive opportunities Benefits Package Health, Dental, Vision, and Malpractice insurance Paid time off (PTO) CME allowance Licensing and credentialing support Retirement plan with employer match If you are passionate about delivering exceptional podiatric care and want to join a collaborative, growth-focused medical team, we would love to hear from you.
