Clinical Psychologist - US Army - Full Time/Part Time - Up to $65,000 Bonus

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

As a Clinical Psychologist, you'll provide crucial mental health services to Soldiers and their Families. You'll learn the psychological principles to diagnose, treat, and support patients while directing medical units and conducting vital, life-saving research alongside dedicated colleagues in the U.S. Army Medical Corps.

BENEFITS

Active Duty (Full-Time)

Loan Repayment:

$120,000 in student loan repayment in $40,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans paid directly to the lending institution through the Active Duty Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (ADHPLRP).

Sign-on Bonus:

$65,000 signing bonus for 4 years of service. $42,500 signing bonus for 3 years of service.

Incentive Pay:

$5,000 paid annually for each successful year of service. $6,000 additional annual bonus as long as board certification maintained.

Location:

Over 40 locations stateside and several more overseas, including Hawaii, Alaska, Italy, Germany, and Korea.

Rank Recognition:

Starting rank and salary determined by educational and professional history.

Time Off:

30 days paid vacation annually plus over 20 days for federal holidays and "Days of no Scheduled Activities."

Practice True Medicine:

Loan Repayment:

$250,000 in student loan repayment in $40,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans paid directly to the lending institution through the Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP).

Incentive Pay:

$5,000 paid annually for each successful year of service. $6,000 additional annual bonus as long as board certification maintained.

Location:

Continue your civilian occupation serving time at a local unit within 50 miles of your location. Transition to different locations as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an APA-accredited doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology (PhD or PsyD) Competition of APA-accredited psychology internship Current unrestricted license to practice clinical or counseling psychology in the United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residence (Reserve only).
