Summary of Job Duties:

The Neuropsychology Technician in the Behavioral Health Service Line (BHSL) Walker Family Clinic works under general supervision and is responsible for collecting patient information, maintaining patient information, conducting tests and/or procedures that the employee is certified to administer.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology with appropriate coursework required for certification through the State of Arkansas Psychology Board Eligible for licensure as a Neuropsychology Technician

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed as a Neuropsychology Technician through the State of Arkansas Psychology Licensing Board

Job Requirements:

The Neuropsychology Technician will administer and score neuropsychological test batteries evaluating cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional status in order to assist Neuropsychologists in diagnosis and treatment decisions. Will administer testing appropriately to determine localization of brain lesions, level of functional impairment, and other treatment decisions.
