Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting high school students as a School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year. This role consists of working four days per week, totaling 32 hours, and involves serving students in grades 9 through 12. With a manageable caseload of approximately 70 evaluations for the year, you'll play a pivotal part in fostering student growth and well-being.
Qualifications:
Current Arizona School Psychologist license Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card Previous experience in high school settings is desirable Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable participating in virtual interviews (Zoom)
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for high school students (grades 9-12) Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop individualized plans supporting student learning and social-emotional needs Interpret assessment results to guide interventions and supports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams Provide consultation, counseling, and crisis intervention as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district and state guidelines
