Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$87.00/hr as 1099
Contractor Benefits:
Weekly pay via direct deposit Referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Provide psychological evaluations and testing to support mental health treatment plans Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using diverse therapeutic modalities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for detainees with mental health needs Support crisis intervention and respond to medical emergencies as required Participate in training and educational activities related to mental health
What You Need Required:
Doctoral Degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program Active, unrestricted psychologist license in Arizona Minimum 1 year of clinical experience at independent practice level Current BLS certification
Preferred:
Experience working in detention, correctional, or residential mental health settings Knowledge of Modified Therapeutic Community models and diverse therapeutic modalities Ability to work in multicultural environments and utilize telehealth services effectively About the Assignment This position is with a leading facility in Eloy, AZ, providing specialized mental health services within a detention environment. The Psychologist will play a key role in delivering psychological assessments, therapy, and crisis management, ensuring high-quality care for detainees with mental health concerns.
