We are seeking a passionate and qualified professional for a full-time, on-site School Psychologist position near Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of the student services team, you will play an essential role in running the Child Find Team, conducting evaluations, supporting special education eligibility determinations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive appropriate educational support.

Compensation:
$35-$50 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and district placement Qualifications Active Arizona School Psychologist certification/licensure Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Knowledge of IDEA, special education procedures, and eligibility guidelines Strong report writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Previous school-based experience preferred Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the district's Child Find process to identify students who may require special education services Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations Interpret evaluation results and provide recommendations to educational teams and families Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, counselors, and service providers to support student success Assist in the development of intervention strategies and behavioral support plans Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements Support initiatives that promote positive academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes for students Why Join This Opportunity?
