Axis for Autism is seeking full-time Psychometrists in our Phoenix Diagnostics office to support us in providing timely Autism evaluations across Arizona and reducing the disparity of service. There is a potential sign-on bonus for applicants that have proven ADOS experience!
Staring Pay:

Apply today for the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Performs a variety of clinical and support roles under the supervision of a licensed psychologist Interacts directly with children, adults, their families, and caregivers Administers and scores standardized testing Supports the diagnostic process for Autism through testing and assessment Participates in a rigorous and supervised training program provided for the position Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral sciences, or similar field required At least two years of experience working with individuals with ASD preferred. Experience working with kids a plus Knowledge and/or experience with implementing behavioral assessments, specifically ADOS-2 is preferred. Strong observational skills and ability to record and convey those observations systematically and reliably through writing Excellent interpersonal skills Adept at multitasking Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion Bilingual (Spanish) highly desired
