Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise in school psychology to a dynamic educational setting, supporting students across multiple campuses in the Tolleson, AZ area for the 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications:
Valid Arizona School Psychologist license required AZ fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained prior to start date) Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents Strong interpersonal, assessment, and consultation skills Bilingual proficiency is a plus and may qualify for additional incentives
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to help shape student learning plans Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students in need Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to develop effective behavioral and academic strategies Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes Manage a diverse caseload across multiple schools, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines Advocate for student support resources and coordinate referrals as necessary This position offers a salary range of $71,000-$105,000, with attractive additional incentives such as a signing bonus, retention and hard-to-fill position stipends, and extra compensation for bilingual or lead psychologist responsibilities.
