Behavioral Health Professionals (LCSW / LMFT / Clinical Psychologist)
  • Correctional Facility Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Pay Rate:
$85/hour (Negotiable) + Sign-On Bonus Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Pay Rate:
$75/hour (Negotiable) + Sign-On Bonus Clinical Psychologist (PSYL)
Pay Rate:
$166/hour (Negotiable) + Sign-On Bonus Schedule Options Monday

    7:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Tuesday
  • Friday:
    7:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Full-time & Part-time opportunities available Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts (up to 40 hours per week) 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day workweek options Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention services in a correctional facility. Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members. Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Provide behavioral health counseling, education, and therapeutic interventions. Respond to behavioral health emergencies and perform risk assessments. Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable state regulations. Promote patient rehabilitation, recovery, and overall mental wellness.
