Position Overview BiBi Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) who is passionate about delivering exceptional mental health services in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessments, therapy sessions, and treatment planning , working closely with our psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and TMS/Spravato clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Deliver individual, couples, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches. Collaborate with psychiatrists, TMS technicians, and Spravato providers for integrated care. Document all sessions accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options. Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. Active California Psychologist License (required). At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred. Experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with Tricare and military populations preferred.
