Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill two full-time, onsite positions within a vibrant school setting for the 2026/2027 academic year. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is essential as you'll be supporting a diverse student population and playing a pivotal role in assessment-heavy caseloads. Your clinical and cultural insights will help shape inclusive practices and promote positive outcomes for students, families, and staff.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current licensure as a School Psychologist or Licensed Mental Health Therapist Professional experience in school-based or clinical settings Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Comprehensive experience with psychological and psychoeducational assessments Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP development Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cultural competency skills Ability to remain organized, self-directed, and responsive within fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychological assessments and interpret evaluation results Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop effective intervention plans Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate support, including translating and facilitating meetings Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations aligned with student needs Offer short-term counseling and crisis intervention for students Maintain comprehensive, confidential records and timely documentation This rewarding opportunity is ideal for those who thrive in collaborative settings and are committed to fostering equitable educational experiences.
