Description 77 Consultants is looking for a skilled Psychologist specializing in Behavioral Health to join our team in Riverside. This contract position, requiring on-site presence, is perfect for those who wish to make a significant impact in the medical practice industry. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on providing high-quality psychological services to our patients. Your expertise will help us address various behavioral health needs, contributing to comprehensive patient care and fostering mental wellness in the community. The position offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $150 to $160, along with opportunities for professional development and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care Stay updated on best practices and advancements in behavioral health Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options Requirements
  • Position Overview:
    Developmental Testing Psychologist
  • Dates of Coverage:
  • Immediate start for a 6-month engagement.
  • Work Setting:
  • Hybrid model with onsite presence required 2-3 days per week for patient testing, along with 2 days allocated for documentation and report writing. -
  • Core Responsibilities:
  • - Conduct psychodiagnostic evaluations in pediatric patients, utilizing developmental testing methodologies. Comprehensive report writing post-assessment. Documented evidence of prior testing experience is required. Familiarity with the Administration of the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, 2nd Edition) is essential to support evaluative processes.
  • Patient Volume:
  • Expected caseload is approximately 5 patients weekly, with each evaluation taking around 4 hours, followed by an additional 4 hours dedicated to report writing and analysis.
  • Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No on-call requirements.
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
System:
  • EPIC.
  • Certifications:
  • Candidates must hold certification as a Psychologist; preference will be given to those with a completed fellowship in Neuropsychology.
  • Telemedicine Component:
  • The role includes both in-person assessments (2 days/week) and virtual evaluations (2-3 days/week).
  • Patient Demographics:
  • Focus on pediatric developmental assessments requiring robust psychodiagnostic and testing expertise.
