Postdoctoral Fellow - Clinical Psychology

Job location: Stockton, CA - We provide relocation assistance. Golden State Psychological Services is hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology to join our assessment-focused practice in Stockton, CA. We are a clinician-led, family-run organization with over 20 years serving children, adolescents, and adults. This fellowship is built for someone who is already strong in assessment and wants to challenge themselves further. You will conduct psychological and neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan, write integrated reports with clear diagnostic impressions, and supervise doctoral practicum students all under close mentorship from licensed psychologists who have done this work themselves. Location:

Fresno sits in the heart of California's Central Valley with a very low cost of living, a growing food and arts scene, diverse family friendly communities, and Kings Canyon, Sequoia, and Yosemite all within striking distance. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical interviews and administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Score and interpret tests including the WAIS-V, WISC-V, WASI-II, WPPSI-IV, ADOS-2, MMPI-3, MMPI-A, WMS-V, CPT-3, Conners 4, GARS-3, ASRS, SRS-2, ABAS-3 , and other measures. Write integrated psychological reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations. Participate in weekly supervision with licensed psychologists. Training and Supervision 2 hours of weekly individual supervision and 2 hours of group supervision provided by licensed psychologists. Opportunities for case presentations, workshops, and didactic seminars. Full testing materials provided. All supervision meets California BOP licensing requirements for a psychologist

Required:

Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program Completion of a pre-doctoral internship with substantial supervised training in assessment, diagnosis, and integrated report writing Eligibility for California licensing requirements for a psychologist Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills Ability to discern between Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar psychiatric presentations Experience administering and interpreting the ADOS-2 and Wechsler intelligence scales (or alternatives e.g. Leiter-3, DAS-II, MIGDAS-2) Compensation & Schedule Annual salary range is $77,000-$90,000
