Job Description
What we're looking for We're looking for a compassionate, skilled psychologist who thrives in a medical setting and genuinely cares about the geriatric population. Our patients present with a wide range of conditions — depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, adjustment disorders — often alongside complex medical co-morbidities like diabetes, stroke, or cancer. You're a great fit if you: Want full schedule flexibility — 4- or 5-day weeks, set your own hours Prefer working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary medical setting Want to focus entirely on patient care, not paperwork or billing Value quality of care over case volume What you'll be doing Conducting psychological evaluations, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy with residents in skilled nursing facilities Writing clinical reports, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours of each session Partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to support whole-person patient outcomes Attending a monthly all-staff meeting Practicing within ethical and professional standards of care Want to see more patients?
