About Us Strive Learning Solutions is a Colorado-based educational support company that specializes in tutoring, executive functioning coaching, and diagnostic assessments for K-12 students—especially those with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, and other neurodivergent profiles. We are a mission-driven, high-touch team focused on empowering families and students with personalized academic solutions. Job Description We are currently hiring a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the state of Colorado to join our team as a contract-based assessment specialist . In this role, you will conduct psychoeducational evaluations for students ages 5-18, provide formal diagnoses when appropriate, and deliver high-quality, strengths-based reports to help families better understand and support their child's learning needs. Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, and emotional functioning Diagnose learning disorders such as dyslexia, ADHD, and other specific learning disabilities (SLDs) Write comprehensive, family-friendly reports with clear recommendations Review findings with parents, teachers, and tutors Maintain ethical, professional, and legal standards throughout the assessment process Requirements PhD or PsyD and active Colorado license to practice psychology Minimum 2 years of experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations Familiarity with common assessment tools (e.g., WISC-V, WIAT-4, KTEA-3, BASC-3, BRIEF-2) Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage scheduling, testing, and reporting timelines Preferred Qualifications Experience working with K-12 neurodivergent students Access to assessment platforms (e.g., Q-Interactive, PARiConnect), or open to coordinating tool access with Strive Background in school psychology or educational consulting is a plus Schedule & Compensation Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends optional) Sessions are booked 2-4 weeks in advance
Pay:
$75-$90/hour , depending on experience and role in assessment/reportingJob Type:
